My husband has adopted this location as his fav and brought our family along today to enjoy. It's clean, with new signage and the food is tasty. I ordered. The catfish and my daughter had three wings. Of course my fork is always in ready to taste. The fish is previously frozen but done well considering. It was light and flaky perfectly fried to a light brown golden crisp. The chicken is well done crispy and good. There price is not bad. My 3 piece catfish, fries, drink, 2 slices of bread was a little more than $13. So far I've been here a total of 3 times. They are consistently good. I definitely recommend them. Yummmmy
I went on a Sunday, and they were shortstaffed (just one guy there!) but he worked his butt off working the kitchen and was very friendly. I think they need to dial their food in a bit more. Reviews have been pretty spotty and I think I have to agree. The fish isn't quite there, however the sides are fantastic. This is a great unique new spot and I wish them the best of luck!
I called in my order because my drive was gonna be 20min or so. Got the 3pc fried catfish that came with fries & 2 white slices. Order was fresh & hot, fish was a nice size crunchy & delish. Fries were good too, not bland but nothing special. Hit the spot for my "I want fried fish but don't feel like making it" mood. I would make a suggestion to open bag & poke holes in container to keep a crisp on the food. I believe mine held up well because I did that. I did order the pizza rolls but it was not in my bag. I went back just in time while they were closing and got a refund with no problems or stank attitudes. Young lady in drive thru was cool.
VERY GOOD. I ordered a 3pc whiting/10 pc shrimp combo with fried okra instead of fries. My bf ordered 10 pc scallops with onion rings instead of fries. As people mentioned before, its a drive thru place where they bring your paid order to your car. Worth every penny..food was fresh, hot and the portions are good, came with everything I needed except lemon. My bf LOVED his scallops as he isn't really lover of heavy breading.I tried his scallops and they were very tasty..buttery even The fish and shrimp were standard but tasty and we both really liked our sides. Will definitely be back to try the other menu items.
I love the food but I came today and see that sign says 'Closed Permanently'. The food was seasoned great and the workers were nice . I hope they will return soon!
